Court Strong Aces Tennis Health Program is a 12 week progressive training program developed specifically for adult recreational tennis to improve their court health and movement. Built on the science-backed methods of the International Tennis Performance Association (ITPA), the program focuses on optimizing movement, strength, agility, and injury prevention—so players can enjoy the court longer, stronger, and pain-free.
